3DPRINTFARMS.COM is a Vancouver based 3D print company serving Commercial, Industrial, Manufacturing and Production companies. We own and run 40+ 3D printers and specialize in bulk printing large production runs with short turnaround. We inventory and distribute eSun's filaments PLA, PLA PLUS, Glass PLA, PETG, TPU 95A, TPE 85A ePA Nylon and Carbon Fibre ePA. We carry a wide selection of all eSun colours in each of the plastic materials. Our customers can see a prototype within a day, and have finalized parts delivered the same week.

PROPSWe are FILM FRIENDLY! With over 40 state of the art machines, we are always ready to deliver small or large quantities required by the film industry at a moment's notice. Our Extra-Large 3D printers allow unique items to be printed in one piece designs. For example, 20+ full sized adult helmets, shoulderpads, full size chest plates, and weapons. We have developed libraries for fitting standard items like iPads and Android tablets into custom ND cases or hard mounted set enclosures. We can also add wireless remotes and LED integration.
Garry and his team of printers have helped us out with last minute director changes more than once. He is ready with delivery on time and on budget. Thanks for the help. Highly recommended for people in film who need a quick and accurate turn around.

FABRICATION3D printing produces very good frameworks for technical assemblies. We often design and produce blocks that are fitted inside with components that are both mechanical and electronic. The assembly unifies all of the power supplies, chargers, electronic components, and electronic devices into a singular unit. The print surrounds all of the items that click or lock into place within the framework. The exterior faces of the frame are often shaped to match or mate to grids, pipes or matching sets of other assemblies. -examples: vfx scanning modules
I would like to give my thanks to 3Dprintfarms. It has been an amazing experience working with them, especially Garry Gosnell. Garry went above and beyond to confirm that the delivery of the items was as per requirements by making prototypes and modifying the parts as needed. We were amazed at the level of accuracy and resolution of the delivered product. After discussing with them, we were able to further optimize our models as it gave us options to use different materials and work on the full assembly. With their in-depth knowledge of 3D printers & materials, we were able to modify our designs for our 3D scanners which were much lighter & sturdier. This helped us a lot of different ways as we were saving set-up time, shipping costs and physical labour. Our parts were printed & delivered in just a couple of days, which usually takes weeks/months to print. Our team was very impressed by the quality, efficiency, and delivery of the items. MACHINESParts can be manufactured with brass threaded inserts for connecting to other parts. Standard inserts range from 2mm to 15mm metric or 1/8 to 3/8 Imperial. These parts become adaptable to threaded handles, kip levers, washers, bolts, hard points or grub screws. The printed parts now can be mounted or used to replace existing parts that need to be modified or replaced. Articulating systems are easily built part to part with standard bolts, washers, and nuts. Printing the receiving nut into the plastic is a standard method creating captured nuts for easy assembly. Press-fit bearings are easily adapted to the printed design thereby allowing rods, gears and transmission parts .-example: 3d printer parts, handles, mounts, truck plates

CAR PARTSCar parts are printed in tough PETG and ABS+ to OEM standards. Dashboards can be upgraded from 8-track to CD or CD to satellite components by printing new dashboard enclosures. The newer electronics then sit in the new dash as if it came from the factory that way. -examples: front door speaker covers, pocket door handles, dashboard frames
3Dprintfarms and their experience / mastery of 3D printing was a breath of fresh air after many disappointments with other companies. LX FIXTURESGlass like shades are printed with transparent plastic materials. We inventory Glass PLA, TPU 95A, TPE 85A and clear PETG filaments. All which print clear and tinted colours to achieve the desired shade. Glass shades can be warm, neutral or cool temperatures for cinema use. The glass shades can be printed hard or flexible for breakaway items. Light fixtures incorporating the custom shades are printed in standard opaque plastics. We assemble these LX fixtures with terminal connectors or DMX encorder / controllers. We deliver fully assembled ready for set use.
3Dprintfarms is highly knowledgeable when it comes to the science behind 3D printing. Their troubleshooting skills are impeccable! There has never been a situation where the company hasn’t been able to resolve and remedy when it comes to any of my printers (I own three of them). I would never go to anyone else as I know they take the time to properly troubleshoot the issue for me properly while being honest about the issue.
